Cancellation Policy
Clients are able to cancel and reschedule online as long as it is before the last 24 hours before their scheduled service.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is considered a last minute cancellation and will result in the client’s card on file being charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No call/No show will result in the client’s card on file being charged 50% of remaining balance.
There is a 15 min grace period. 16 minutes after, the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the remaining balance will be taken off the card on file.
